Best cheese from Paris France

The story behind this cheese is special one for me.  I first was introduced to this Gourmet Cheese as a gift from a manufacturer who had just created the most perfect dishtowels for selling in the USA.  This package of cheese had to travel with me for about a 4 hours flight only for me to leave behind on a bench after exiting the airplane and re-arranging my carryon items. 
  
 Well I just was about to exit the airport when I realized that my special gift was missing.  I turned to run back into airport only to be shuffled away by the TSA. Glad they did not call the Police. Following all 10 peoples words on how to get back into the airport, about 15 minutes passed, I finally got to run back and remember what gate my flight landed.  Well running into an emptied airport was not a pretty site as onlookers were like, you are going the wrong way..Are you lost?? Nope, just left my cheese somewhere. Okay, good luck finding your lost items.  So when I did locate my gift bag that was closed, and now, opened, I thought someone had taken the abandoned cheese from France.  Lucky person, so I will have to now make up how I enjoyed this mysterious cheese.  But I was wrong, The cheese was in the gift bag just sitting on the bench.  However, 2 Men standing there waiting for their ride to the planes looked at me and one said, How could you leave behind a cheese like that. Well he began to read verbatum the exact process of refrigerating 1/2 before eating and so on.  So he opened the gift bag and read the label only! Wow, I was shocked.  And, I was about to give him some reward monies but he said no need.  I just thought that my cheese was going to be missing and I was a cad for leaving it behind.  Thank you to airport personnel who know that someone will miss their gifts when something looks abandoned it isn't. This supports my faith in people.  Besides being the most delicious now this cheese is that of a nice memory.  Oh and the towels created for the Cheese of France.
