Restaurant must for dining in Paris France

As I do not always boast of restraunts in Paris or anywhere I will make this a short blog post.  Terminus Nord is located in the Train station or there abouts called Gard du nord.  The Big Trains or RER and TGV (intercountry travel) and Metro all meet around 4 major train stations. This Gard du nord is in the 10th ARR.  Fabulous menu and the wait staff area always pleasant. Meals can be ordered individually or as a planned daily special including desserts. Yum- best part of the dining experience so save some room.
I attended a few dinners at this restaurant where I was so tired I almost fell asleep at the table. Just be aware that the restaurant is never empty so someone is always watching.  I could hear slight laughter coming over from the Italians. I know they were Italians as I have purchased some fine linens from them.  I guess I know why they are always smiling now when they see me during business meetings. Plus, offering me a chair right by the wall.
Restaurants in Paris are generally excellent offering fresh hot food prepared daily.  I just walk around to view the menu outside each of the establishments where meal items and their prices plus all wines are viewed prior to entering. Not like up North where being American can get you in trouble as previous diners make an impression we have to think the worse.  I have seen a few nice restaurants where if they figure out you are American they will say we don't serve Americans. Only to feel bad and offer the best table, away from the main diners but serve food in a civil manner. That happened to me once where I had to take 2 airplanes, 2 trains and walk to get to Hotel so I actually was not even awake to think about a restaurant. I just ate in the room with the waiters yelling up to me as the restauant and the whole town was so small that was always happening. Excellent is the food always.
